CASA PALACIO MARÍA LUISA offers a carefully selected gastronomic experience so that guests and visitors to the city can taste the authentic flavours of Jerez and its surroundings in a unique, elegant and sophisticated setting. Rogelio Albusac, chef of the hotel and the T22 restaurant, has designed a gastronomic offer closely linked to local produce. At T22 you can enjoy a carefully selected seasonal menu with products closely linked to the area and accompanied by a wine list where the Wines of Jerez take centre stage.
An à la carte breakfast service, where you can enjoy different breads, pastries, the best Iberian sausages, homemade juices, fruit and a wide variety of hot dishes that you can enjoy on our porch. The hotel has different rooms to celebrate private events, whether for work or leisure. The Chef also prepares special menus, individually designed according to the needs of those attending these events.
Each dish in our restaurant bears the signature and seal of the chef, with a style of marked personality, working the product in a traditional way, with a touch of presentation and international culinary influences, all combined with great creative sensitivity, capable of being transmitted in our new T22 menu, which undoubtedly surprises with its care, delicacy and perfection.
Our chef, Rogelio Albusac, was in the kitchens of Acanthum, as head chef for 3 years at the first Michelin Star restaurant in Huelva, his hometown.
His desire to discover and learn about other culinary cultures led him to expand his experience in other countries such as Colombia and Cuba, where his recognition and talent were highlighted during his time in the prestigious kitchens of luxury establishments.
