Valdespino is the only winery that produces wines from the emblematic Pago Macharnudo Alto, considered the most important in Jerez. Seventeen hectares of exceptional vineyards located 135 meters above sea level.

A step-by-step guide to easily understand the process of making sherry, following the same path as the grapes from Macharnudo.

An ideal opportunity not only to enjoy the wines of the Marco but also our collection of contemporary art and our purebred Spanish horses.

After the tour, the pairing takes place in our Valdespino sacristy. In wine culture, the sacristy is the place where the most precious wines or those consumed by the family that owns the winery are kept. In our case, these are also our most awarded wines, rated as being over 20 and 30 years old.

"La Guita", founded in 1852 by Domingo Pérez Marín, is the leading brand of manzanilla in Spain and has been part of our winery group since 2007.

To talk about manzanillas is to talk about Sanlúcar de Barrameda, since only the wineries located in this city can produce these unique wines.
In the 16th century, the current headquarters of the winery was home to the San Juan de Dios hospital, in the heart of Barrio Alto.

Visit our charming winery and taste our "La Guita" manzanilla and the different vintages of "La Guita" manzanillas en rama.

100% Sanlúcar manzanillas, since the grapes used to make them come from the historic Miraflores la Baja vineyard. In addition to the Sanlúcar terroir, their vinification, ageing and bottling are carried out in this unique enclave.

End your visit by enjoying the gastronomy of the area. Sanlúcar, chosen as the gastronomic capital for 2022, has a number of attractions, from its prawns, its Navazos vegetables and its Bonanza fish.

Viña Bristol is a classic Jerez vineyard, located east of Jerez, in the Lomopardo area (Cuartillos). Thanks to its location 130 metres above sea level, during the tour you can enjoy privileged views of the Cadiz countryside and coast. To finish the visit, you can have an authentic Andalusian breakfast in the shade of the vine that covers the central patio of the house or on the porch, which is a real viewing point surrounded by more than 350 hectares of vineyards.
